I’m Tauna Garner, founder of My Unique Health LLC.

​

I believe most people want a healthy, fulfilling life—but many don’t know what that looks like for them, don’t fully believe they deserve it, or feel unsure they can reach it.

​

My work is about helping people identify what’s getting in the way and build practical habits they can actually maintain.

​

I came to this work through my own experience. Over time, I saw how easy it is to put your health last while managing work, family, and a full life. When my energy and focus began to slip, I realized quick fixes and symptom-focused solutions weren’t enough.

​

What made the difference was learning how to support my health day to day through realistic lifestyle and behavior changes that add up over time.

​

That experience led me to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, with a focus on sustainable lifestyle change.

​

Today, I work with people who want a steady, practical approach to improving their health and maintaining strength as they age.

​
