Tauna Garner NBC-HWC | FMCHC 

I’m Tauna Garner, founder of My Unique Health.

​

Most of the women I work with don’t need more information about what to do for their health. They already know.

What they’re struggling with is getting it to actually stick.

​​

I got into this work through my own experience. Like a lot of women, I was balancing work, family, and everything else, and my health kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

​

Over time, my energy dropped, my focus wasn’t the same, and I realized the quick fixes I had relied on before weren’t working anymore.

​​

What made the difference wasn’t another plan. It was learning how to support my health in a way that actually fit my day-to-day life.

​

Small, realistic changes that I could keep doing, even when life was busy.

​​

That’s the approach I use now.

​

​I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, and I focus on helping women build habits that work in real life and hold up over time.

​

Today, I work with women in midlife who want to feel better, get consistent, and stop starting over.

​​
